    Reporting to the Chair and The Board, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of total operations ensuring the day-to-day delivery and services are delivered effectively and with a strong customer service focus, combined with a robust focus on continuous, balanced improvement and governance.  Working closely with your committed and professional staff, you will provide leadership to translate the Board's strategic plans into practice.  You will manage the marketing strategy to ensure the highest standards of good governance and risk management are adhered to.

    To succeed, you will have extensive leadership and management experience within a similar organisation, preferably including experience as a CEO or 2IC position.  You will have strong stakeholder management skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels.  Proven change management, governance and risk management skills are essential. Ideally you will have some project management experience – ideally managing capital works projects and improvements and ensuring projects are run efficiently, economically and responsibly.
